Pizza is one of the symbols of Italian cuisine, unfortunately too often seen as a simple dish to be eaten quickly. It is interesting to discover the goodness of this product by using only selected high quality ingredients. This is what we do in order to offer you not a standard pizza, but a tasteful culinary experience, for a dinner with us or taking advantage of our take-away service.
Our gourmet pizza, baked in a wood-fired oven, comes from the research of excellent raw materials and their processing. To this process is added our infinite imagination and creativity to create unique combinations.
The dough is prepared exclusively with “type 2” stone-ground soft wheat flour, sourdough starter, brewer’s yeast, extra virgin olive oil, water and salt. Simple ingredients but worked with passion, and accompanied by a selection of classic and non-classic combinations for everyone’s satisfaction.
